Mental Clash – Third Semester

Im dritten Semester ist das Thema Mental Clash. Hierbei wird aus mehreren Vorschlägen ein Thema gewählt und ein eigenes Thema, welches im Gegensatz zu dem anderen Thema steht, festgelegt. Es soll eine Kollektion aus 15 Outfits entstehen. Zum einen habe ich mich für das vorgeschlagene Thema Military/Punk entschieden, dem gegenüber steht das Thema Lingerie, da mich Lingerie schon immer fasziniert hat und in diesem Bereich immernoch zu wenig experimentiert wird. Military/Punk habe ich als Thema gewählt, da sich der Fokus hierbei stärker auf das korrekt gekleidete, äußere Erscheinungsbild legt. Meine Farbgebung setzt sich zusammen aus olivgrün und neongrün um das Thema Military/Punk zu verdeutlichen. Hinzu kommen die Farben schwarz und crème um die Sinnlichkeit der Lingerie miteinzubinden. Zusätzlich ist der Aspekt des Zeitreisens Teil meiner Inspiration, wodurch die Silhouetten auch von vergangenen Details geprägt sind.

The topic of the third semester is mental clash. One topic should be choosen from several suggested themes and an own theme which is in contrast to the other theme is determined. A collection of fifteen outfits should be created. On the one hand I have picked the theme military/punk from the suggested topics, on the other hand I choose the theme lingerie, because I have been fascinated by lingerie for a long time and this area still needs some adventurous ideas. For the opposite theme I choose military/punk because the focus is on the properly dressed, external appearance, other than the detail loving appearance of the lingerie. To represent the theme military/punk I select the colours olive green and lime-green. In addition to that the colours black and cream clarify the sensuality of lingerie. Furthermore the aspect of time travelling is part of my inspiration, because of that the silhouettes include details from long ago.
