Das Thema des ersten Semester ist Mutation. Es ist die Aufgabe aus weißem und schwarzem Filz ein Kleid oder einen Rock mit Oberteil zu entwickeln. Meine Inspirationsquelle sind die Fleischfressenden Pflanzen. Sie faszinieren mich dadurch, dass sie ein schönes Äußeres haben, das Innere jedoch Gefahren birgt. Bei der Musterung des Rockes habe ich mich besonders von der Schlauchpflanze leiten lassen. Ich wollte ein Kleidungsstück erschaffen, welches den Charakter der Fleischfressenden Pflanzen wiedergibt. Die lauernden Fangarme kann ich mit Hilfe der Standkraft des Filzes nachempfinden. Durch die weißen Punkte wird deutlich, dass sich im Inneren etwas versteckt, was das Äußere umhüllt.

The theme of the first semester is mutation. The task is to create a dress or a skirt with a top made of white and black felt. My source of inspiration are the carnivorous plants. They fascinate me because they have a beautiful exterior but their interior retrieves risks. The pattern of the skirt is especially inspired by the pitcher plant. I wanted to develop a piece of clothes which express the character of the carnivorous plants. With the strength of the felt I can empathize the lurking tentacles of the plants. With the use of white dots it gets clear that something is hiding in the inside which is covered by the outside.
